Off to states

Congratulations to Lady Blue Devils, who advanced to the PIAA basketball playoffs with a victory over Reynolds on Saturday. The Meadville Tribune has a story and a slideshow recounting the win.

I was really disappointed with the varsity coach during the basketball banquet. Not once did he thank the seniors or mention their names. He did say that they would never be professionals! During the season, on two different occasions, he did call the team losers. He was not even prepared and had certificates printed. A lot of parents were upset with his speech! I really feel bad for the 4 seniors on the team, no respect whatsoever! I'd like to tell him where to stick his hot dogs, up his big skinny!

HEY THANKS FOR THE BANQUET COMMENTS THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE HEAD COACH. I FEEL BAD FOR CHRIS,LARRY,ADAM AND MIKE.YOU GUYS DID WELL AND WE'RE PROUD OF YOU!

Great comments! Right on the money. Talked to a few parents from Saegertown and they said that a lot of players and parents didn't like the coach due to various comments made during games. the above comment about calling the team losers is a fact. I was at both games, Corry and M-Prep! Coach Z, did well and was also liked by the players. To the senior players, GREAT JOB!
