Suspicious in origin

Yikes. We heard about this, and being bored college students, decided to go check it out. By the time we got there, it was still in flames, but had already collapsed.
While it had a pretty, uh, nasty stigma attached to it, if somebody would have put some money into fixing it up, it could have been a real nice place. Just a shame.
And yeah... "suspicious" is the first thought that came to mind when I even HEARD about the fire starting.
